The JadeBags Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with The JadeBags. Each order is prepared with care, and because many of our purses and accessories are handcrafted, we want to make sure your purchase is packaged securely before beginning its journey to you.
Order Processing
Please allow 3–5 business days for in-stock orders to be processed and prepared for shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Handmade purses, custom pieces, pre-orders, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Any extended processing time will be stated in the product description whenever applicable.
Shipping
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please note that carrier delivery times are estimates and are separate from our processing time. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur.
Please Check Your Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible at thejadebags@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
The JadeBags is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at thejadebags@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the situation.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
